These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through www.pellington.ae. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which is subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability or suspected fraud.

2. Pricing & Payment: All prices are displayed in AED and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using accepted payment methods. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

3. Product Availability: We make every effort to display accurate stock information. However, product availability cannot be guaranteed. In cases where an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon delivery. Pellington shall not be liable for loss or damage after successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges: Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for applicable terms.

6. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pellington’s liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be heard by the courts of Dubai.
