3. Product Descriptions: While we strive for accuracy, errors or inaccuracies may occur. Pellington reserves the right to correct such errors without liability.

4. Limitation of Liability: Pellington shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. This includes delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

5. Promotions and Special Offers: Pellington may run promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to gift-with-purchase, spend-and-get, bundle, and discount promotions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all items forming part of a promotional offer, including both the qualifying purchase and any free, gifted, or discounted item, are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit. The only exception is a genuine production defect, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and a clear photo or short video, and the item returned for inspection. Cover is confirmed at Pellington's discretion, for genuine production faults only, and resolved by exchange for the same piece, or a similar piece if out of stock. Pellington reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or set additional conditions for any promotion at its discretion.

6. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
