Where it sits
At 21 cm the anklet sits close around the ankle bone. With the 5 cm extender it opens to 26 cm for a looser drape.

Wrap a strip of paper or thread around your ankle, over the ankle bone — snug but not tight — then measure it against a ruler. If your ankle falls between 21 and 26 cm, Hayyah Herringbone Anklet will fit you.

About the Hayyah Herringbone Anklet
Hayyah is a flat herringbone chain, 4 mm wide, that lies against the ankle like a strip of liquid gold with no visible links. It runs 21 cm with a 5 cm extender, fastening with a lobster clasp and the signature engraved disc. The chain is 18k PVD gold plated 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, and it is the only flat chain Pellington makes.
Herringbone: the flattest chain there is
Herringbone is built from short flat segments angled against each other, packed so tightly that the surface reads as one continuous sheet. Nothing else produces that mirror finish along a moving chain. It is the reason a herringbone catches light in a single travelling band while a cable chain scatters it.
4 mm wide, 21 cm long, 5 cm spare
Four millimetres is wide for an anklet and it is what makes this piece read as a band rather than a chain. On length, measure around the ankle bone and add 1.5 to 2 cm; 21 cm closed and 26 cm fully extended covers most ankles, and the extender lets you move it between a rest and a drape.

Herringbone is the most beautiful chain form and the least forgiving. Folded sharply it kinks, and a kink in a herringbone is permanent because the segments have been bent out of alignment rather than twisted. Hang it or lay it flat; never bundle it into a pouch. Everything else is easy: swim in it, shower in it, rinse in fresh water after the sea, and it holds colour without tarnishing because the 316L core resists the chlorides in sweat and sea water.
