Refund & Exchange Policy
Pellington strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described on our website.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order by emailing customercare@pellington.ae along with proof of the defect (photos or videos). Refunds, once approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing times. Exchanges are subject to availability and will be shipped at no additional delivery charge. Please note that customised, engraved, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
