About the Nabad Zircon Station Bangle
Nabad spaces round zircon evenly along a slim polished band, each stone sitting in its own square mount. It is a hinged bangle that clicks shut, despite what its handle suggests. The stones are separated rather than continuous, and that spacing is the design: a beat, a gap, a beat. It is made in 18k PVD gold plated 316L surgical-grade stainless steel.
Station setting: stones with space between them
A station setting puts each stone at an interval instead of running them together. The effect is completely different from a tennis line: less light overall, but each point of it is isolated and reads individually. It also means far more of the band is plain metal, which is what keeps this piece wearable at a desk all day.
Square mounts on a slim polished band
Round stones in square mounts is a deliberate mismatch. The corners of each mount catch light the stone does not, so every station has two things happening in it, and the squares line up along the band in a way round bezels would not.
