About the Jumanah Watchstrap Bracelet
Jumanah is rows of articulated gold links and nothing else. No stones, no motif, no centrepiece. It is the shape of a watch bracelet with the watch taken off, which is why it flexes with the wrist and lies flat instead of standing away from it. It fastens with a fold-over clasp, comes in two lengths, and is made in 18k PVD gold plated 316L surgical-grade stainless steel.
Articulated links with nothing set into them
Taking the stones out is what makes this piece work with everything. There is no sparkle to clash with a stone-set ring, no motif to date it and nothing to catch on a sleeve, so it becomes the thing you leave on. The interest is entirely in the geometry of the links and the way they break up light as the wrist moves.
16.5 cm and 18 cm, and which to pick
Measure below the wrist bone with a paper strip and add roughly 1.5 cm. Below 15 cm the 16.5 is right; from about 16.5 cm take the 18. There is no extender on a link bracelet, so err towards the longer length if you want it to slide rather than sit. Unworn lengths can be exchanged within 30 days.
