I wear this bracelet everyday, writing this review after using this for a few weeks. Very fine quality, looks great and does not change color at all. I do not take it off. Thankyou

The Jumanah bracelet borrows the classic watchstrap silhouette, building the wrist from rows of articulated gold links that flex and move with you. "Jumanah" means pearl in Arabic, a nod to the quiet luxury this everyday piece carries.

Jumanah is rows of articulated gold links and nothing else. No stones, no motif, no centrepiece. It is the shape of a watch bracelet with the watch taken off, which is why it flexes with the wrist and lies flat instead of standing away from it. It fastens with a fold-over clasp, comes in two lengths, and is made in 18k PVD gold plated 316L surgical-grade stainless steel.
Taking the stones out is what makes this piece work with everything. There is no sparkle to clash with a stone-set ring, no motif to date it and nothing to catch on a sleeve, so it becomes the thing you leave on. The interest is entirely in the geometry of the links and the way they break up light as the wrist moves.
Measure below the wrist bone with a paper strip and add roughly 1.5 cm. Below 15 cm the 16.5 is right; from about 16.5 cm take the 18. There is no extender on a link bracelet, so err towards the longer length if you want it to slide rather than sit. Lengths can be exchanged within 30 days.
Jumanah means pearl, which is a curious name for a piece with no stone in it at all, and the point is the quality rather than the object. It is on The Names Behind the Pieces with the others.
This is the piece Pellington sells most of, and the reason is that it asks nothing. There are no settings to check and no stones to lose. Links wear at their pivots, which is where any bracelet of this construction shows its age first. Everything else is straightforward: hand washing, the shower, the gym and the sea are all fine, and the plating holds its colour without tarnishing. Rinse and dry after a swim so nothing sits in the joints. The 12-month warranty covers discolouration, plating that lifts and a clasp that fails. Free delivery to all seven emirates with no minimum, usually in 2–3 days. Layer it with the Nafla Clover Bracelet, see the bracelet collection, or read the gift guide.
