Three easy ways to measure
1. A ring you already wear
Take a ring that fits the finger you are buying for. Lay it on a ruler and measure straight across the inside of the circle, edge to edge. Match that number to the Across column. This is the fastest and most accurate method. It works for gifting too: quietly borrow a ring they wear on the right finger.
2. A strip of paper
Cut a thin strip of paper or use a piece of thread. Wrap it around the finger, snug but comfortable, and mark where it meets. Lay it flat against a ruler. That measurement in millimetres is the Around number. One caution: do not pull it tight. If your knuckle is wider than the base of your finger, measure both and pick a size between the two.
3. Our printable ring sizer
Print it at exactly 100% scale, never "fit to page". Check the bar on the sheet measures 5 cm, then place a ring you own over the circles until one matches its inside edge.

- Fingers are at their largest in the evening. Measure then, in a comfortably warm room.
- Your dominant hand runs slightly larger, and every finger is its own size. Measure the exact finger you are buying for.
- Index fingers run about a size larger than ring fingers. Pinkies run 1 to 2 sizes smaller.
- Measure twice and take the average.
- Between two sizes? Go up. A slightly loose ring is an easy fix. One that will not pass your knuckle is not.

The Al-Amirah ring wraps the finger in two crossing bands, one paved with three glittering rows of clear crystals, the other a finely ribbed twist of polished gold. Crafted in 18k PVD gold-plated stainless steel, the crossover silhouette feels sculptural yet easy, dressing up bare hands and layering beautifully into stacks. "Al-Amirah" means the princess in Arabic, a name that suits its quiet regality. Available in sizes 6, 7 and 8.

About the Al-Amirah Crossover Pave Ring
Two bands cross over the top of the finger on the Al-Amirah rather than meeting in a single circle. One arm carries three rows of small clear crystals set close together; the other is a ribbed twist of polished gold, so the ring reads as sparkle on one side and texture on the other. It is made in 18k PVD gold plated 316L surgical-grade stainless steel.
Why two crossing bands sit flat
A crossover design shifts the widest part of the ring to the top of the finger and keeps the underside slim, which is why it feels lighter than its face suggests. The two arms also taper as they separate, so the ring settles into the natural hollow between knuckle and base instead of standing proud. That is what lets a piece this decorative pass as everyday.
The princess, in a name
Al-Amirah means the princess. It is one of the few names in the range taken as a title rather than a quality, and the crossing bands were drawn to suit it. Every meaning is collected on The Names Behind the Pieces.
Getting the size right on a crossover band
Measure at the base of the finger, not at the knuckle, because the crossover sits low and needs to seat there properly. If you fall between sizes, take the smaller one here: a crossover that runs slightly loose rotates, and a rotated crossover shows its underside instead of its pave. Sizes 6, 7 and 8, exchangeable unworn within 30 days.
Pave, water and the gym
Small stones set close together collect more than a single large one does, so soap and hand cream are the things to rinse out rather than water itself. Wear it in the shower and through a workout without a second thought. The steel core carries no copper to react, so the colour holds without tarnishing. A 12-month warranty covers discolouration, lifted plating and any stone that comes away. Free UAE delivery on any order, next day before 5 PM.
