About the Dana Mesh Hoop Earrings
Dana is a hoop worked in an openwork mesh lattice rather than a solid band, so the gold is a grid with gaps in it. That is what keeps the pair down to 7.5 grams, while still standing 19 mm high and 12 mm wide. It fits with a secure post, and the metal is 18k PVD gold plated 316L surgical-grade stainless steel.
