Is it real gold?
Every Pellington piece is 18k gold plated over a solid 316L surgical-grade stainless-steel core, so you get that rich, warm gold look with real everyday durability underneath. It's the finish that lets our jewellery stay beautiful wear after wear.
Will it tarnish or fade?
No, that's the whole point of Pellington. Our PVD 18k gold plating is made to resist tarnishing and fading, so your piece keeps its shine. We're so confident, every piece comes with a 1-year tarnish-free warranty.
Can I wear it every day, even around water?
Yes! Pellington jewellery is water and sweat resistant and made to be lived in, through your morning routine, a workout, a rainy day. Put it on and enjoy it.
Is it good for sensitive skin?
It suits most people. We build on 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, the grade used for body jewellery, chosen because it stays stable against skin instead of corroding the way plated brass does. The PVD gold on top is a hard, sealed layer, not a thin wash that wears through. It's made for all-day, every-day wear.
How do I find my size?

The Pellington sale

Thirty-three pieces reduced while we make room — eighteen at 30% off and fifteen at 20%, from AED 55 to AED 127. Rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, bangles and anklets, every one 18k PVD gold plated over 316L surgical-grade stainless steel, exactly as they were at full price. Nothing here is discontinued, seconds or old stock. These are simply the pieces that have moved more slowly than the ones selling out.

Why are these pieces reduced?

Over 1,000 pieces have shipped and several styles sold out faster than planned. Those are being restocked and new designs have arrived, and the shelf space has to come from somewhere. Reducing the slower movers is how we clear it. The discount is a logistics decision rather than a judgement on the pieces — Shuhur, one of the deepest reductions here, holds a five-star rating across eight reviews.

Is sale jewellery lower quality?

No. Same 18k PVD gold plating, same 316L surgical-grade stainless steel core, same 12-month warranty against discolouration and plating that lifts. A reduced tennis bracelet is the identical piece it was last week at full price. PVD bonds the gold to a steel core with no copper in it to react, which is why these hold their colour in Gulf humidity whether you paid AED 89 or AED 62 for them.

Can I use a discount code on a sale piece?

No, and you do not need one. The reduced price is the price, applied automatically with nothing to enter at checkout. Welcome and review codes apply to full-price pieces instead, so a basket holding both will discount the full-price items only. Free delivery across the UAE still applies, with no minimum.

Can I return a sale piece?

Reduced pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so it is worth checking ring sizing before you order. Wrap a strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it meets and measure in millimetres: 51.9 mm is a size 6, 54.4 mm a 7, 56.9 mm an 8. Measure late in the day, when hands are largest. Full-price pieces keep the usual 30 days. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering rather than after.

How long does the sale run?

There is no countdown and no published end date. When the sale ends these pieces return to full price, and what has sold will not be replaced at these prices. Styles that sold out before the sale began are being restocked at full price and are not part of it.
